Mini Biography: 

A little bit about me:

Hello students! My name is Dr. Moore, and I will be your instructor for this quarter. I've been a Registered Nurse since 2010 and have worked in multiple specialties, including medical-surgical, mental health, substance detox/treatment, hospice, orthopedics, telemetry, urology, and others. I have been teaching pre-licensure nursing since 2019 and have taught didactic, skills lab, and clinical. I have been teaching post-licensure nursing since 2021. I have a passion for mental health and hospice and enjoy helping others when they desperately need it. Personally, I have two kids, ages 8 and 6. They keep me pretty busy, and we have a lot of fun together. I enjoy anything outdoors and hiking and camping as much as I can! I am looking forward to getting to know all of you in our five weeks together.
